My Approach

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach I focus on improving health using food as medicine and helping you connect the dots to root causes of your symptoms. We focus on whole body detox, improving nutrition, optimizing digestive health, managing stress, and using natural solutions to achieve a whole body approach to wellness.

My View On Food

I do not believe in a “one size fits all” when it comes to eating. Each person has a unique belly blueprint. Blueberries may cause an inflammatory response in one client, yet they may be extremely nourishing to the next. We work together to help you identify what foods fuel you vs fire you up. I believe in tailoring suggested meals to each client's specific needs to truly give them the unique support they deserve. 

Unique Framework

Each program focuses not only on removing the toxins from the body, but also improving gut health. These are foundational principles that need addressed in order to bring the body back into balance and functioning optimal. I like to teach my clients what is called The 4R Framework. Remove, Replace, Reinoculate, and Repair. Covering each 4 of these categories will help to improve your gut health naturally. Pairing it with a detailed plan that works to support your specific needs gives me the ability to serve each client’s unique journey and needs.
